The Request

The Request: Buzzfeed was looking to plan a large winter party in NYC for 750 guests to celebrate the holidays and their recent IPO after being out of the office for almost 2 years. They wanted a themed party with an immersive build out as well as activations throughout the space. Entertainment and branded design were key elements of their request.

The Solution

After deciding on a “welcome back to NY” theme, the Topnotch team went to work finding the perfect space that would allow for flexibility and layout so that different New York City landmarks and locations could be recreated in different “neighborhoods” of the event space. From thematic food and beverage to unique entertainment ideas to custom built sets and furniture pieces, we provided Buzzfeed with their own branded New York City experience.
